Fried Rice with Beef Egg

Ingredients:

  • Rice4 Cups Cooking Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Carrots
  • 1 Onions1 Onions
  • 0.67 Plants Minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Peppers
  • 1 Fruit Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Shrimp Beef 200 Gr
  • Salt 1/4 Tbsp
  • Cornstarch1 Tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Beef washed, drained, cut into bite-sized pieces, marinated meat with 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a little salt and let it soak for 10-15 minutes. Crack eggs into a bowl. Heat a pan with cooking oil, add eggs and fry for 15-20 seconds until cooked, then remove to a plate.
