Beef fried rice is a very simple dish, easy to make and contains many nutrients and has a high calorie content. Beef contains a lot of iron, protein and vitamins that increase immunity and provide some additional substances needed by the body.
Ingredients: (For 2 People)
- Rice: 2 Cups
- Beef: 150 Gr
- Onions: 70 Gr
- Peas: 350 Gr
- Sticky corn: 70 Gr
- Carrots: 50 Gr
- Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cooking oil: 1 Tbsp
- Garlic: 1 Tbsp
- MSG: 1/4 teaspoon
- Minced red onion: 1 Tbsp
Instructions:
- Wash the beef then cut it into thin slices. Diced carrots and onions. Peeled yellow corn.
- Heat a pan, then saute minced onion and minced garlic. Add beef and onion, stir-fry until fully cooked, season with spices and set aside on a plate.
- Continue to heat the cooking oil, add the rice and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in the carrots, peas and corn, and stir until the rice is firm and the vegetables are cooked.
- Put the beef in the rice and mix it together, stir it on the stove and then put it on a plate. Sprinkle pepper on top and invite the whole family.
