How to Make Delicious Beef Fried Rice

Beef Fried Rice

Beef fried rice is a very simple dish, easy to make and contains many nutrients and has a high calorie content. Beef contains a lot of iron, protein and vitamins that increase immunity and provide some additional substances needed by the body.

Ingredients: (For 2 People)

  • Rice: 2 Cups
  • Beef: 150 Gr
  • Onions: 70 Gr
  • Peas: 350 Gr
  • Sticky corn: 70 Gr
  • Carrots: 50 Gr
  • Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil: 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic: 1 Tbsp
  • MSG: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Minced red onion: 1 Tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Wash the beef then cut it into thin slices. Diced carrots and onions. Peeled yellow corn.
  2. Heat a pan, then saute minced onion and minced garlic. Add beef and onion, stir-fry until fully cooked, season with spices and set aside on a plate.
  3. Continue to heat the cooking oil, add the rice and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in the carrots, peas and corn, and stir until the rice is firm and the vegetables are cooked.
  4. Put the beef in the rice and mix it together, stir it on the stove and then put it on a plate. Sprinkle pepper on top and invite the whole family.
